This is Apple Mint's special dinner-only course, featuring a large selection of Japanese dishes created by a former top-class hotel chef with over 10 years of experience as a sushi chef.The meal uses local ingredients, and the main course includes a steak made with "Togeshita Beef," a brand of beef from Takehara.We also offer local sake from Takehara's three most renowned breweries, so please enjoy our Japanese cuisine as well.
